The Ventura County Young Republicans are holding their March mixer at the Topa Tower Club in Oxnard (on the top floor of the Dean Witter Building). The event starts at 6:00pm. The dress is cocktail attire and there will be a cash bar for those interested. Hosted by County Supervisor Peter Foy and Thousand Oaks Planning Commissioner Mark Lunn.
