Ventura County Young Republicans Events Director Kirsten Neumann answered the call of the GOP friday night.  On a whim with 4 hours notice, Kirsten boarded a plane bound for Boston, Massachusetts to walk door-to-door and to make phone calls for Republican Senate candidate Scott Brown.

With 99 percent of the votes counted, Scott Brown won a decisive victory 52% -48% over his Democratic opponent.

The members of the Ventura County Young Republicans want to thank Kirsten for her leadership and service to our party.  She will be back in Ventura County Wednesday.
